Holniss Return & Exchange Policy
At Holniss, we deeply care about your experience with us. As a small family business inspired by the love of God, every product we create is made with prayer, intention, and care. Because our items are custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons like size, color, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. We are here to make it right with a heart full of love.
Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items
Oh no! If you received an item that’s damaged or misprinted, please send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of receiving it. We will immediately send you a replacement or refund. You don’t need to return the faulty item. We’re here to make it right because our heart is to serve you well.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating this can be. If your package was marked as delivered but can’t be found, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing, contact us. While we can’t control every shipping issue, we will do all we can to help you recover your order or replace it where possible. We believe in walking this journey with you.
Sometimes things go wrong in transit. If your order is delayed, we’ll help track it. If it’s lost or stolen, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Please reach out with your order info—we will never leave you hanging.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process your orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll always try to accommodate your needs. Your happiness and trust mean everything to us.
Order Processing & Production Time
Once your order is placed, it goes straight to our production partners (powered by Printify) who help us bring our designs to life. This usually takes 2–5 business days. Each item is made fresh for you, and we believe in quality over speed because you're worth the wait.
Holniss Shipping & Delivery Policy
All of our products are made-to-order with love. Please allow a few days for production before shipping. We currently ship within the U.S., and you will receive tracking information once your order is on its way. We know how excited you are to receive your package, and we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Time (After Production)
After your item is produced, it will ship directly to you. Most orders arrive within 7-10 days in the U.S. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey home to you.

For our cherished U.S. customers, we’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100—our small way of thanking you for supporting our mission. International Orders
